Can I get a plate by a certain date?
Chances are good that you can, but email me for the quickest response.

I live in St. Louis. Can I just pick up my plate and avoid shipping costs?
Absolutely! Simply let me know on the order form that you would like to pick it up and I will provide you with the address in your confirmation.

How quickly can I get my plate?
Depending on the season, I try to ship all orders within 3-4 weeks. Check out the Quick Ship items if you are in dire need of a gift or email me if you would like to verify you can get a plate by a specific date.

Are your plates dishwasher safe?
Technically yes, they survive fine in a dishwasher. However, due to their medium I do recommend hand washing.

Are your plates and glazes food safe?
Absolutely. All of the glazes I use are lead free and FDA approved food safe!

I'm not comfortable ordering things online. Can I call you to place an order?
While my online order form is digitally signed by Entrust, I can appreciate anyone's apprehension to place orders online these days. You may certainly order via phone. To speed the process, I recommend submitting your order via email (without payment information) and I will call you after reviewing it to obtain payment information.
