DELIVERY TIME
Items ship between 2-5 weeks (depending on the time of year). Please remember to add
shipping time to you on top of this time frame. If a rush item is needed,
please contact us to check availability. Your confirmation email will contain an
estimated shipping date. Please anticipate additional time for
items such as House Portrait, Custom Wedding Plate, Pet
Portrait and Sunshine Pet Platter due to their detail.
PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed via phone, mail, or secure online order form. If you wish to order via telephone, a confirmation
of your order will be emailed for your approval for accuracy. Upon approval
of the confirmation, painting will commence.
Personalized items are non-returnable.

SHIPPING DATES / ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATES
Your order confirmation will contain an "estimated shipping date." Please note
that this date is an estimate of when I reasonably expect to complete your
item(s).
It does not take into consideration obstacles such as kiln malfunctions,
power interruptions, breakage during firing, illness, etc. Each piece is 100%
created and shipped by myself, the artist, and I pride myself on in sending a
perfect product but can encounter delays.
If your order specifies a specific date it is needed, this estimate allows
for some flexibility in the event of delays to ensure arrival by the date
promised. To inquire about the status of your order, please
email me for the quickest response.
DESIGN MODIFICATIONS
Prices listed are for designs as shown. Changes can be made, however
additional charges may apply. Wording on a plate can be changed for no
charge. However, changes to the color of wording will cost $5 and up. Fees
for design
changes start at $5 and up and increase with the request of detail. If you
have a special request, please include it on the order form and I will quote a
price in the confirmation email after reviewing it.
A simple message may be added to the back of
a plate for no additional charge. If a message is excessive, you may
choose to modify the wording or agree to the $5 fee. The choice will be
offered in the confirmation for approval.
SHIPPING RATES
Items are shipped UPS ground or standard USPS
one item 10” or smaller—$9.50
one 12” item—$10.50
one 10”x14”—$13.00
one 15” item—$15.00
Each additional item per shipment is $1.00
Occasionally smaller items can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a lower rate.
If this applies to your shipment it will be noted in your confirmation email.
If you live locally, you may pick up your item from Tobin Design to avoid
shipping charges. Simply note this on the order form and your confirmation email
will contain the address for pick up.
PAYMENT METHODS
American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
Painting will not commence
until payment has

holidays. Your online order confirmation will include an estimated
shipping date to verify arrival for a special occasion.
